We'll provide free replacements for any damaged items in your order. This guarantee lasts one year from the original purchase date and allows you to request up to 1 free replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, you need to provide:

  • Photo proof of the damaged toy
  • Confirmation that the Chew Warranty was included in your order
  • The items requested for replacement must match those from the original order

If you find it's not the right fit, send it back within 30 days for a fast, hassle-free refund. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to ask for a return.

To start a return, contact us at support@moiasun.com. If your return gets the go-ahead, we'll send you the necessary return instructions. Please note that items sent back to us without initiating a return request will not be accepted.

Your item must be in its original, undamaged condition for a successful return. You'll also need to provide:

  • The original packaging
  • Your order number

Depending on the refund reason, customers might need to cover the costs of returning the goods to our warehouse. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled by emailing our support. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Damage and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and let us know immediately if you've received a defective or damaged item or if something's wrong with your order. We'll then evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want, first return the item you have. Once the return gets approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method. Keep in mind that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
